Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed on shop.pii-group.com (the "Site"), operated by Premium Import International s.a.l. ("PII", "we", "us"), Mansourieh, Lebanon. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
1. Who we are and who can order
1.1 PII imports and distributes household, laundry, cleaning and personal-care products in Lebanon. We are the official importer and distributor of Astonish, GAMA and OPSO in Lebanon.
1.2 Orders may be placed by persons aged 18 or over, for delivery within Lebanon or for collection from our warehouse. Products are sold for personal and household use; wholesale enquiries are handled separately.
2. Orders and acceptance
2.1 Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation message you receive acknowledges your order; a contract is formed only when we accept the order by dispatching it or making it ready for collection.
2.2 We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before delivery, including where a product is out of stock, where the price or description contained an error, where an order appears fraudulent or abusive, or where delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel an order we will inform you by phone, WhatsApp or email. No payment is taken until delivery or collection, so no refund is required.
2.3 Quantities per customer may be limited on promotional or scarce products.
3. Prices, currency and payment
3.1 Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). We do not accept online payment. Payment is made in cash at the moment of delivery to our courier, or in cash at our warehouse when you collect your order.
3.2 Payment may be made in USD or in Lebanese pounds. Payments in Lebanese pounds are accepted at the exchange rate announced by PII on the day of delivery or collection; the rate is available from our courier or warehouse team and on request by phone or WhatsApp. Any difference arising from rounding is settled in the customer's favour.
3.3 Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm the order.
3.4 Prices may change at any time. The price shown at the moment you place the order is the price you pay, unless the price was clearly incorrect, in which case clause 2.2 applies.
3.5 An order that is refused at delivery, or that cannot be delivered because the customer is unreachable at the agreed address and phone number, may be cancelled. Repeated refusals may lead us to require confirmation by phone before accepting further orders.
4. Delivery
4.1 We deliver across Lebanon, normally within 1 to 2 business days of accepting the order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, in particular during public holidays, adverse weather, road closures, strikes or other events outside our control.
4.2 Delivery costs $5 per order. Delivery is free for orders of $30 or more, calculated on the product total after any discount. Free delivery does not apply to orders below $30 after a cancellation of part of the order.
4.3 You must provide a complete address and a working phone number. Our courier will call before delivery. If the courier cannot reach you or nobody is available to receive and pay for the order, a second attempt may be charged, or the order may be cancelled.
4.4 Please check the parcel at delivery. Ownership of the products and the risk of loss or damage pass to you when the products are handed to you or to a person at your address who accepts them.
5. Collection from our warehouse
5.1 You may choose free collection from our warehouse in Mansourieh. We will contact you when the order is ready. Directions are shown at checkout and in the confirmation message.
5.2 Payment is made in cash at collection. Orders not collected within 7 days of our notice are cancelled unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
6. Problems with your order: the 48-hour rule
6.1 If a product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection on WhatsApp +961 70 709 350 or at info@pii-group.com, with a photo of the product and its packaging.
6.2 We will collect the product and, at our choice, replace it with the same product or refund its price in cash. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, except where the defect itself made this impossible.
6.3 After 48 hours we cannot accept returns, exchanges or complaints about the condition of the products. Because we sell consumer goods, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
6.4 This clause does not limit any rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
7. Products and information
7.1 We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, scents, sizes and formulations may change without notice as manufacturers update their products. Images are for illustration; the product delivered may differ slightly from the picture.
7.2 Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and warnings on the packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mixing of products, or use contrary to the instructions.
7.3 Availability shown on the Site is indicative. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and cancel that item at no cost.
8. Promotions and discount codes
8.1 Promotions, bundles and discount codes are valid for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. A discount code cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
9. Accounts and personal data
9.1 You may order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all orders placed through your account.
9.2 We collect and use your personal data (name, address, phone number, email, order history) to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by Lebanese law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, road closures, customs or supply delays, power or telecommunication failures, and government measures.
10.3 The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or error, and we may suspend it for maintenance or other reasons.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 The Site, its design, text, photographs and composite images are the property of PII or its licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell. Nothing may be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Changes to these Terms
12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. We will try to resolve any complaint directly with you first; if that is not possible, the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
