• PII reserves the right to reject or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
• All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in prices or product descriptions and may cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

2. Pricing & Promotions

• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional offers and discounts may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

3. Delivery & Risk

• We aim to deliver orders within 1–2 business days in Lebanon; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
• PII is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or carrier issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, and the customer notifies us within 48 hours of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued at PII’s sole discretion and only after inspection of returned products.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days and issued to the original payment method.

5. Product Warranty & Liability

• All products are sold “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, unless otherwise stated.
• PII disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use.

6. User Obligations

• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• PII reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
